Tom studied Horticulture at Rodbaston College obtaining a Diploma level 3 following this he went to to Nottingham University and completed a degree in Horticulture and garden design enjoying soil science theory. In 2014 he took over Total Lawn Care and has grown the business into what it is today. He is always striving to find the newest and best lawn care products to ensure that his customers receive the best possible service.
Relationships
At TLC we believe in working along side the customer, resulting in building a healthy relationship so that all lawn care's are suited and work for the customer as well as the lawn. We will always endeavour to make sure the customers needs are met to fit our treatments in with any lawn cutting schedule or personal matters. We pride ourselves on giving the best one-to-one customer service you wouldn't find with franchise's.
Experience
Tom has over 10 year's of experience in the sector completing many lawn renovations and improving thousands of lawns over his time involved in lawn care. He has worked with some of the top specialists and product providers in the industry to learn and provide the best service possible.
Accountability
We hold ourselves accountable for providing a professional service and making sure every job is completed on the specified day and to the best of our ability. We send a text or email notification to advise of day and an invoice upon completion. If the weather has not permitted us to carry out our appointment we will reschedule and send a new date. We have obtained professional licences needed to be able to carry out our job in the correct manner and in a safe way including the transporting and storage of products.

At TLC we help to contribute as much as we can to the economical problems we face today. A few ways we aim to do this is by;

Using as little chemicals such as pesticides or herbicides as possible and only where there is no alternative or applying just what is needed than unnecessary spraying.

Any waste we obtain is correctly disposed of either to the correct facility or waste site.

Planning our routes! We do this to use as little fuel as possible by doing as little driving between job's to reduce our carbon footprint.

Where possible using organic based products and organic options to pests where needed.
