Reseeding

Reseeding can be done in many ways sometimes patching is required to repair area's of the lawn such as under tree's or where leaves have been left on the lawn for a prolonged period of time.

Overseeding can be a beneficial way to thicken up the lawn during the spring if it has been a particularly wet winter. Usually following aeration a calibrated amount of seed is spread over the entire lawn to encourage new growth.

Complete renovation, this can be done by using a total weed killer to kill the entire lawn following this scarifying down to the soil then using a top dressing and seed mix to re-seed the entire lawn to get the same grass type.
