Terms and conditions

 

Any work completed by Total Lawn Care is done in accordance with the terms and conditions set below. By using Total Lawn Care to take on any aspect of work the customer detailed has accepted the terms and conditions detailed below. 

 

Visits - Once a quotation has been accepted a text or email will be sent to the customer advising on the date of visit and what application is being undertaken on the day and price. Please ensure that access is granted or advised if cannot be granted on the specified date of visit.  

 

Lawn Accessibility - Please ensure that all debris are removed from the lawn before visit such as garden furniture and toys where possible. We ask that any dog deposits be cleared up so that our persons and equipment stay safe and clean. Please keep access clear so that we have a safe passage to get onto the lawn.  

 

Quotes – The price given to you at the time of the quote includes VAT rate at that time, and any other inclusive costs. Total Lawn Care reserves the right to increase prices for any treatment with at least 14 days’ notice. Each year the treatment price can be reviewed and may be increased in accordance with the current inflation rate.  

 

Photographs – Total Lawn Care may take photos of services completed on lawns we will take great care to not reveal any properties or sensitive information in these images. We will always ask for permission before publishing these photos if you would prefer us not to take any pictures of your property, please notify us by emailing hello@totallawncare.co.uk

Contract – When using Total Lawn Care there is no fixed contract, and the service can be cancelled at any given time with at least 24 hour notice. 

 

Payments – payments must be made within 30 days of invoice received. Unless payment is received at time of service an option of BACS or Cheque is applicable within the given time frame.  If an invoice becomes 30 days overdue Total Lawn Care reserves the right to pause the service and apply interest until the invoice is paid. If you do not make payment within 30 days of invoice, then a late payment fee of £25 will be applied to the balance and an interest rate of 5% above the bank of England base rate per year. This will be applied daily from the due date until the date of payment of the overdue account. The interest is payable with the due amount from the invoice.  

 

As Total Lawn Care is providing services on your property we will be liable for any damage caused by us. We are not responsible for repairing any existing faults or damages. Exceptions; if it has been requested to enter your property by a certain means we do not accept responsibility for any damage caused when doing so. If any damages to under ground cables occur and we have not been notified in writing or damages caused by stones which may have been projected by any mechanical work we do not accept responsibility.  

 

Complaints – At Total Lawn Care we are committed to providing the best possible service. If however something is not to your liking or has gone wrong please do not hesitate to contact us and advise us of the complaint. If you have a complaint you can call us on 07973558348 or email at hello@totallawncare.co.uk. The complaint must be reported within 30 days of the incident or service provided. If it is reported after this time Total Lawn Care reserves the right to refuse action based on time accrued from said incident or service. Total Lawn Care will try to fix the problem within a good time frame and to the best of our ability, if this is not possible or you are still unhappy with the service a refund will be given. If any work has been carried out by the customer or any third party Total Lawn Care reserves the right to refuse remedial work.
